Our Leadership
Shaun Padayachee
CEO
Shaun’s career, spanning decades, has mostly been focused on IBM licensing and compliance, reflecting his deep passion and dedication to the industry. With his extensive experience in the industry, he is dedicated to helping organizations navigate the complexities of IBM software licensing effectively.
Starting his career at a Big 4 consulting firm in the UK, Shaun spent six years conducting IBM license audits on behalf of IBM. He subsequently moved to South Africa, where he took on the role of owner-operator for a globally recognized franchise, achieving significant growth by expanding it to multiple stores.
In 2012, Shaun relocated to the USA to join a leading Software Asset Management company recognized as a Leader in Gartner’s SAM Managed Services. As the head of the IBM Practice, he played a pivotal role in building it into the organization’s largest revenue-generating practice.
Shaun holds a qualification in Information Technology and is a Chartered Certified Accountant, accredited by ACCA in London, UK.
